Huh! State of Emergency in Delhi?

I went to Delhi at around 10 AM and came back at around 8 PM, and during whole day, I saw almost 50% of Delhi whiled driving. If this is want we call state of emergency and beefed up security, we should fire the Delhi Police DCP as soon as possible.
To my surprise, I didn’t found any security at all on many places and saw just 1-2 police constables on few stops. There was no vehicle checking, markets are still as the same though no. of people are few.
The more I see and read, more I think, Indian government and police are just hopeless. They don’t care about people, all they think is politics and how can they get their pocket full. Though I love my country very much but sometimes I think I wish I would have born in UK or London.
