It was very amaging and quite interesting knowing about the past with the help of robots. Indian importance and achievements were ignored and moreover western cutre is dominating at this moment. you people brought the Indian greatness into the light to open the eyes of Indians.

Breathtaking. The Best of Modern Temples in India.
I wish we could all act on the message it embodies and get rid of the cast system in all its aspects.

it is the worst thing that we r spending such a huge money in building the temple, r we going back to 1000 ad? the money shall be utlised for slums in delhi rather than temple, \\

i read all the comments, great comments. but no one has mentions PRAMUKH SWAMI MAHARAJ - who has build this heavon on the earth.. According to swaminarayan scriputres, the described heavan i.e AKSHARDHAM, is same as this that is in NEW DELHI. Please remember this is not only a great piece of architecture, but it is also a way to achieve heavan.. please understand glory of AKSHARDHAM and the GREAT SADHU behind this monument who lives without having money and women in his life. THE MONUMENT ITSELF SHOWS GLORY OF LORD SWAMINARAYAN - THE SUPREAM GOD.
JAI SWAMINARAYAN
KOTI KOTI SHASHTANG DANDVAT TO PRAMUKH SWAMI MAHARAJ- THE DEVINE MOVING AKSHARDHAM

well, people talk about using the money for the betterment of the poor instead of building a temple.frankly i dont think these people know anything about BAPS(founder of akshardham).BAPS not only builds temoles but also is invovled in many social activities for the upliftment of mankind.by the way it holds a consultative status with the economic & social council of the United Nations .dear mohanty u pay tax to the goverment so why dont ask the goverment to take more social responsibility.
we will build more temples no matter what people say.coz its only by building temples that we can cleanse the social evil.
jai swaminarayan………………..

I agree with some of the comments posted where it is said that we should have spent all this money on building infrastructure and providing water electricity to people of India. Dams, Hydel power projects, highways and even Horticulture projects are the real temples.

Superbly built AKSHARDHAM TEMPLE ! should be rated as the eighth wonders of the world ! Must see temple by each Indian.
The Halls, garden, architecture and musical fountain all are mind blowing experiences of my life. I stay in Bangkok visited Delhi for site seeing along with my daughter. Thanks to my brother who forced us to spend one full day in Akhardham temple. HATS OFF 2 AKSHARHAM TEAM ! I will make sure to visit again along with my friends and relatives.
