More than 40 people are dead in Delhi bomb blast. I really don’t understand why? Why terrorist can’t let people live peacefully and why Indian police always fail to perform.

Shit! Shit! Shit! I can’t believe it. I just heard the news that there were 3 bomb blasts in Delhi within two hours and in which two of them are in the most crowded area.
